When can I start taking yoga classes at APYC?
APYC yoga classes are ongoing and you can start at anytime.

Which APYC yoga class would be best for me?
APYC currently offers over thirty weekly ongoing yoga classes. The first step is to pick the day(s) & time(s) that you would like to practice yoga. The next step is to select from the APYC yoga classes offered at this time(s) on the class schedule page. New yoga students are welcome in any APYC yoga class listed as 'all levels'. Some previous yoga experience is a prerequiste for attending an 'intermediate' or 'advanced' level class.

Does APYC offer any FREE yoga classes?
APYC offers a FREE Introductory yoga class on the second Saturday of every month. The Yoga Style and Instructor of these classes changes each month and details can be found on the 'home' & 'class schedule' pages. The APYC FREE Introductory yoga classes have been very popular, so be sure to reserve your space by calling 317.818.1800 or emailing ann@allpeopleyoga.com.

Can I drop in for a single APYC yoga class?
Drop-ins are welcome in all APYC yoga classes.

Do I need to call to reserve a space in a future APYC yoga class?
You may call 317.818.1800 to reserve a space in a future class. This is recommended for your first visit and for larger classes. You may also call ahead if you are running late so that we can hold your space in the practice room with a yoga mat.

What is the cost of an APYC yoga class(es)?
A single APYC yoga class costs $15.00. You may also pre-purchase a five class set for $67.50 ($13.50 per class) or a ten class set for $120.00 ($12.00 per class). Class sets expire in six months. If for any reason you cannot use all of your prepaid classes in six months, please tell the desk staff prior to your original expiration date & you will be given more time. Family members can share a class set. Class sets are transferable but not refundable.

What forms of payments does APYC accept?
APYC accepts cash, checks, mastercard & visa.

Does APYC offer gift certificates?
APYC gift certificates are availble in any denomination and can be redeemed in APYC yoga classes or merchandise. APYC gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase. APYC gift certificates are transferrable but not refundable. Common denominations of APYC gift certificates are: $15.00 for one class / merchandise, $67.50 for five classes / merchandise and $120.00 for ten classes / merchandise. What should I wear to an APYC yoga class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. You will remove your shoes outside the practice rooms.

What should I bring to an APYC yoga class?
The only equipment required is a yoga mat. APYC sells Jade Yoga mats (www.jadeyoga.com). The loaner yoga mat service is $1.00 per use.  The loaner towel service is $0.25 per use. Many other helpful props are provided for use in classes.

What other helpful hints should I know before attending an APYC yoga class?
APYC classes begin and end on time. Please arrive early. If you need to leave before the end of class, please tell the Instructor and exit the practice room before the beginning of deep relaxation.

Please turn off your cell phone before entering APYC.

Please practice on an empty stomach.

Please refrain from wearing fragrances.

Please note that no childcare is available at APYC.

Occasionally it will be necessary for an APYC Yoga Instructors to miss a class. A qualified substitute instructor will teach the class. Scheduled substitute instructors are listed on the class schedule page.
